  • Where is The Sunshine Kindergarten (TSK) located?
    Our campus is situated in Salwa, a peaceful residential neighbourhood in the south of Kuwait City. Our full address is: The Sunshine Kindergarten, Street 1, Area 1, Salwa, Kuwait.
  • Is there an application deadline?
    Applications are open (for the following academic year) between January and May. Places are limited, though, so we encourage prospective parents to apply as early as possible.
  • How long does the admissions process take?
    From the moment you get in touch with us to the offer of a place, our admissions process can usually be completed within one week. Timings do vary, though, as each family’s application journey is personalised to their needs. Please speak to our Admissions Office to find out more.
  • How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
    We aim to get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your admissions enquiry (working hours, Sunday to Thursday).
  • What nationalities are represented at TSK?
    Our vibrant international community is home to children and families from more than 30 countries.
  • What curriculum do you teach?
    Our young learners follow the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. The EYFS sets the standard for the learning, development, and care of children from birth through to the age of five, laying the best possible foundations for the future.
  • Where do your graduates go on to study?
    Our best of British education expertly prepares our children for the challenges and opportunities of primary education – and beyond.

    Many of our graduates continue their learning journeys at The British School of Kuwait (BSK), which is at the forefront of educational excellence both here and around the world. In fact, many of BSK’s highest performing IGCSE and A Level students are TSK graduates.

    From the early years here at TSK, our alumni go on to gain places at top universities worldwide, including Cambridge, UCLA, and the University of Sydney.
  • What accreditations does the school hold?
    TSK was the first early years setting to achieve British Schools Overseas (BSO) status. We’re also a founding member of the Association of British Schools Overseas (AoBSO) and British Schools in the Middle East (BSME).
